Informations
The prices are intended per day and apartment and for a minimum stay of 5 days. If you stay less than 5 days, we will charge a premium of 15 € extra per day.
The local tourist tax of 1,75€ per person (over 14 years old) and day is added to the price.
Children till the age of 2 are not charged. In addition we make a child´s bed, changing pad and a small chair for the table available to you.
Please bear with us if we account the full price in case you should arrive in delaye or depart earlier than arranged as we keep the apartment reserved only for you.
The apartment is ready for occupancy from 2.00 pm onwards. On departure day the apartment needs to be vacated until 9:30 a.m.
Well-educated pets are allowed after arrangement. We charge an extra of 8 € per day.
The price includes the final cleaning. Beautiful and spacious non-smoker apartments with extra storage space and induction stove.

We have free WiFi
We collaborate with the swimming pools “CRON 4” in Reischach. Therefore you pay only 4 € per person for the indoor pool and the lido in Bruneck. Sauna-lovers pay 21 € at the beautiful sauna of CRON 3.
In addition, you get the Holiday Premium Pass, which includes many benefits.
We also rent different bikes for bike trips.
You can get milk and eggs at our farm and our baker brings fresh bread every day (except for Sundays and holidays). The ordered bread is delivered directly to the front door of your apartment by no later than 7:15 a.m.
Possibility to BBC in the garden. Children´s playground available. Children up to the age of three stay for free. In addition, we rent a child’s bed, a changing pad and a small chair for the table if needed.
Insight in our daily working routine (stable work, hay harvest)
Lawn for sunbathing with deckchairs and many lovely places for sunbathing and resting Bedding, towels, dishtowels.
In summer: Fresh vegetables and salad from our own garden.
Many novels, hiking and children’s books and games to play. Ski-deposit.
